Biosketch – Peter C. Raich

Dr. Raich is Chief Medical Officer at Prosocial Applications, Inc., Boulder, Colorado, and has been closely involved in the development of the Red Kangaroo^® RK360^® patient medical record management App. He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Colorado Denver and is Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. His professional career spans the care and treatment of patients with cancer and blood diseases, designing and conducting National Cancer Institute supported clinical trials for cancer treatment and prevention, and teaching at a number of major medical institutions. His research includes the development of easy-to-read materials for patient education and participation in clinical trials, multimedia interactive Internet-based decision support instruments for patients with breast and prostate cancer, and he was instrumental in establishing the first definitive studies in patient navigation. Dr. Raich is proud to be part of the Red Kangaroo^® RK360^® team.
