Connect with new patients by adding to your NPI directory listing in patients’ RK360® Apps: links to your business phone number and email address, your telehealth availability, and the health insurance plans you accept.
Get emails sent by patients who choose your directory listing in their RK360® Apps. Emails include established or new patient status, reason for contact, reason-related photos, HIPAA Authorization for Information Access and encrypted links to two-factor authenticated web pages. There, you or your assistant can view, export or print pre-visit screening information including ID and health insurance cards, allergy, conditions, meds, and symptom lists.
Reply to interested patients via secure text options: (a) Call 911 immediately; (b) Call my business phone to schedule a visit; (c) Follow these recommendations.
Enlist us as the Business Associate of your Covered Entity by signing a BAA during registration for the RK360® Basic Provider App that commits us both to patient-authorized access to and exchange of Protected Health Information (PHI) as required by state and federal law, including, but not limited to, the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule.
Patients, from their RK360® Cloud Health Record Apps, use the nationwide NPI Provider Directory to geolocate nearby providers; to search for providers by locations, specialties, health plan affiliations, and telehealth availability; and to securely email (rather than fax) providers with RK360® Basic Provider App directory listings.
