How it works

Six steps. One record you own.

The RK360® AI NAVI™ Wallet App puts the same workflow that integrated care networks use in your hands. You stay in charge of who sees what, and when.

Step 1

Find

Search the App’s Find Care Directory: a continuously updated, validated, and enriched directory of all 8 million+ U.S. healthcare providers registered by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) with National Provider Identifiers (NPIs) needed for state licensing and insurance submission. Filter by provider location, specialty, and insurance acceptance. We never charge providers to be listed or to appear higher in results.
Step 2

Connect

Your App sends a HIPAA Authorization for Information Access by email or fax to the providers you choose. Each authorization grants them time-limited access to a one-time Provider Portal where they review pre-visit information you have shared.
Step 3

Consult

Use Patient-Provider Messages for back-and-forth conversation tied to a specific visit. Whether the encounter is in person or telehealth, your provider can review the record content you shared and reply to you securely through the same channel.
Step 4

Share

In emergencies and unexpected encounters, show your App’s QR code to the provider at the point of care. Their scan authorizes access to key pre-visit information in your RK360® Cloud Health Record and upload of post-visit results to your Record.
Step 5

Aggregate

After each visit, your App sends the provider a HIPAA Record Access Request permitting secure upload of post-visit results (e.g., care plans, lab results, and imaging) into your RK360® Cloud Health Record. If you are a Veteran, you may authorize ongoing automated import of your VA health data into your Record. If some of your providers use Apple Health as their patient portal, you may authorize automated import of data from them into your Record.
Step 6

Repeat

Each new clinician you authorize sees the record you have built, so they walk in already informed. The record grows with you, across every network, plan, and practice, for as long as you keep it.
