Why January 2027 matters
The unwinding showed how paperwork alone ends coverage
During the 2023 to 2024 Medicaid unwinding, most people who lost coverage lost it over paperwork, not eligibility. From January 2027, adults in 41 expansion jurisdictions must also prove 80 hours a month of work, school, or community engagement, and states must verify it. Without an easier way to report and verify, 2027 repeats the unwinding on a larger scale.

Early adopter pilot opportunity
Every expansion state can pilot its own configuration now
Every state writes its own rules for evidence, exemptions, notices, and languages. AI NAVI™ treats those rules as settings, not code. A safety-net provider, a Medicaid managed care plan, or a state agency can start a pilot with its own members while federal guidance keeps changing.
- Your state's rules, evidence sources, and languages are configured in the first two months.
- Day one runs on a browser and QR scans. EHR and state connections come later, only where they help.
- You see member activation, verified reports, coverage kept, and staff time saved.
Schedule a Medicaid pilot conversation
See if you qualify for a Medicaid pilot
Early adopter pilot places are limited, and they go first to organizations ready to act. Tell us what you need now for Medicaid eligibility and later for cross-network interoperability. If you qualify, we schedule a conversation to scope your pilot.
What early adopters lock in
- Pricing starting at $1 per patient per year, price-locked for five years after the pilot
- Configuration of Medicaid workforce verification through members' AI NAVI™ Wallets to suit your rules
- A first say in your verification workflow now, and in cross-network interoperability after the pilot
Organizations that wait join after the early adopter cohort, on the terms in place then.
Pilot pricing applies to qualified pilot partners under a signed pilot agreement and a HIPAA business associate agreement. Terms and conditions apply.
